My life in a nutshell:
I live for music, and yet somehow I'm not living for music -- if you somehow understand this, then you already know me halfway, but the other half won't be as easy, considering I, myself, am still trying to figure out who I am.
And I have no idea if I'm making one of the biggest mistakes in my life right now.
Just stopping by to say Happy Thanksgiving to everyone here. Eat lots and lots! (:
I'm so excited for tonight. I'm going to be eating like there's no tomorrow. xD
And today was such a good day! The last football game for season was today. We lost, which was not surprising, because the team we versed has been undefeated for the past few years. o___o Anyways, the band did really good though! The audience reaction was huge, and we had cannons to shoot red, blue and white streamers out into the crowd after the third song? Haha, I didn't even know about that, so that was unexpected. But that was the seniors' last half time performance in high school. Going to miss them all. |: I hope someone videotaped the performance, because it was the best the band's ever done this season I think. (:
Today at lunch, you made me laugh so much that I almost started to cry. It's funny how charming you are. I love your wittiness. I wish I could be by your side in the future, so that we could laugh together. ♥
You know what's really annoying? When kids at your school are real assholes who disrespect their teacher. You know what is even more annoying? When the news show up at your school wanting more information on this, and write a story on it -- most of which is totally blown out of proportion and not even true to the story. The most annoying thing, though, is when these news circulate the globe, and everyone is obnoxious because they think they know the whole story, when in reality, they're being just as much of asses as the two original kids who started this all.
Long story short -- two kids at my high school were being disrespectful to a teacher here. Calling him names, stupid stuff. They were using the word "meep" to harass him, which the teacher obviously disliked, so he complained to the principal, and then BAM -- the word is banned at DHS. But the students also messed with the teacher's car. So therefore, the teacher sued them. Chaos ensues. Local news and huge news stations send their journalists to the school to get the inside scoop and yet, when it's time to publish the story, they totally make up a new one almost: (click here or here for videos about it).
So what about it? Nothing really, except that this situation really gets on my nerves, so this is just a little rant. No need to read this if you don't want to, but here's my opinion: yes, it was totally stupid in the first place to ban meep, and then giving punishment for saying the word. The school administration screwed up on that part, and should have seen that it would backfire on them when kids would start saying it more just to piss them off. Instead, they should have punished the students harassing the teacher instead of banning a meaningless words. However, what's done is done, and that should have been the end of it.
But nooooooo, the news stations thought that this would be such an interesting and awesome story to write about, and arrive at our school, cameras handy, and interview students about what they think. It's funny how the students they choose are the lowlifes and morons that think they are so cool by saying the word "meep," and end up getting disciplined for it. (I repeat, I do think that it is stupid that you can get in trouble for just saying a word, but the news make it seem like these kids are little "angels" and that Murray (the principal) is an idiot when in actuality, the real idiots are the douche bags in the beginning.) Plus, these news coverages can't even get the story right! They say that the word is banned because "a biology teacher felt threatened by a group of student saying the word, meep." Yeah, because people feel real threatened by such words. >___> HEY NEWS PEOPLE, how about something more logical like, the students were threatening to the teacher not because they were using the word, meep, but because they were harassing him, and messing with his car?! It's like, try and research this shit before you publish it? My band teacher (I LOVE HIM) is about to go ballistic on the media because of the crap they're producing and he wants write a letter to them explaining how stupid they are. The whole band is supporting him all the way, haha! It's funny, because they'd probably do a news report on that too. >___> And really, how is this story interesting in any way? Yeah sure, it's comical to some to find out that a high school bans a meaningless word, but for this piece of news to travel around the world? (Literally, not exaggerating. It's been across the USA, and international countries like New Zealand, Japan, Germany, France, etc) It's a completely ridiculous story that should not have even made the news coverage. Aren't there more important things to report on, instead of focusing on a little Danvers story? What has the world come to? AND ALSO, the morons who started this think they are "oh so cool" for being famous. NEWS FLASH (hah, the news): YOU'RE NOT. Nao stfu and gtfo plz.
And hey, annoying netizens around the world, stop being such ignorant fucks and emailing the DHS staff. Sending a mass email to the faculty with the words meep does not solve anything! And if you think you're being a smartass, you're not. You're being a dumbass. And sending it to the MIDDLE SCHOOL is so lame too. It's like really, how old are you? As they say, act your age, not your fucking shoe size. On the Meep Facebook page (I KNOW. SO LAME TO MAKE A PAGE. The girl who made it is so annoying too. -____-), apparently there's like a 30 year old man who joined it and is giving shit to the faculty. It's like, honestly? The staff, especially the principal, is already getting so much shit from the idiotic people who I call my "classmates," and he does not need any of your unnecessary meepage. So, please follow the other morons and gtfo, kthx.
Ugh, ranting takes me so long, and I always get so fired up and start swearing. People suck.
OMFG. SPAZZZZZZZZZZZZ. JA;SKLDJFAIOPJDF;ALSKDJF;ASLIDJF;ALSDFIAJSDF. TAEYANG, MY BABYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY~ YOU'RE SO CUTE AND SEXY. WHYYYYYYYY. ;AJSD;LFKAJS;DLFJA;LKSJD;FAKLSJD WAHHHHHHHHH. <333333 too spazzed up to write a coherent response to his music video (it's out!). it's on youtube, but not in hd, or in sync, so i'll post it in another entry later when i have calmed down, because god knows i only watch hd & in sync videos. xD
ps, if you want to watch this in hq, & in sync, then go to yg's website! (you must have gomtv).
CAN'T. FUNCTION. A;LJFD;ALKSJDFL;KJASDF this reminds me, i need some taeyang icons. T:
edit, november 14:
just because i said i would post the music video here. hello, hd. <3
but here is my (somewhat) calmed down reaction & opinions to this mv, which you will most likely have predicted. xD anyways, i absolutely loveeeee this song. it has a really nice melody & beat to it, and the bittersweet lyrics are perfect. along with taeyang's smooth & silky voice, this song will be one of my favorites. <3 i've had it on repeat in my ipod for the last couple of days! xD and ah, i loveeeeee the music video too. i would like to say, DAMN, he looks good in a vest. <3 but awh, the girl is pretty. i love the first scene when they're together on the couch. it's cute. :3 and gah, at 01:49, that little smirk/smile thing he's got going on is so adorable~ but awh, he looks so sad during the wedding (duh), i just want to give him a cookie & a hug. |: youngbae playing the piano & singing though, so much love. <3 aaaaaand, as much as i hated the kiss scene, i loved it at the same time. i obviously hated it because of my inner fangirl self, and also because it was kind of random. xD but i loved it because how the camera angle is set, and the lighting, and just everything is so perfect and pretty, and yet, it's so sad because it's not a reality. i think the saddest scene of the mv is the very last one though. because everyone is all happy & joyous, except for him. and when he drops the ring, it's like he lost all hope of getting the girl, and he's letting her go. i don't know. it's just so sad to me. xD oh, and his dancing is pretty sick~ i wish i could dance like him. hahah. xD
Last Saturday, we did our first six mile Woodvale (aka, a march around the neighborhood playing, kind of like a practice parade). It felt good. I thought it would be harder than it actually was, which is a good thing I guess, since the Rose Parade is about six miles long. It means I can do it! xD But yeah, six mile marches from here on out?! T: It's ironic though. The first Woodvale we did was three miles, and yet, I felt a lot more tired when I finished doing that. And when we were doing the six mile Woodvale, it felt more like a three mile march. I honestly felt like I could do two more miles. xD
We also received out itinerary for the California trip. One day I'll post it on here, because I'm too lazy to now, and I have band soon. -___-
Anyways, I love 2PM's new song. I wish it wasn't auto-tuned though, because they really don't need it. <3
